Patong

Patong Beach Road is the main shopping street catering to tourists. All along the beach road south of Soi Bangla, and down a few of the small alleys, are stalls and shops selling cheap designer goods, beach wear, watches, some electrical goods and souvenir items. Quite a few stalls and shops are open during the day but the street really comes alive in the evenings.The muslim community in Phuket/Patong is quite strong and the muslim eateries run by the muslims themselves wouldn't be pulling the wool over their own eyes (so to speak).
Patong, once known as the sleazy, red light district of Phuket, has undergone a period of transformation in recent years. The area's once notorious nightlife has been tamed somewhat to make it friendlier to women, couples and families and Patong now has something for everyone. That's not to say that you can't find some wild action anymore - you certainly can - but it does mean that a much wider variety of entertainment options exist to make your nights in Phuket as much fun as your days.

The good of Sowee Ming

Swimming is THE BEST for toning up, especially your arms. Running doesn't work out your arms at all, so swimming is really good for getting your arms toned. It's low impact too so you don't get all the problems with knee injuries etc that you do with running.

SENYUM ITU SEDEKAH

Ramai orang kata aku sombong,muka masam mencuka senantiasa. Hoi orang,aku bukan sombong,aku cuma maintain macho kalau korang nak tahu. Memang bukan niat aku nak menyombong jauh sekali nak hidung tinggi. Cuba anda semua tegur aku,aku boleh jadi orang yang paling kelakar pernah anda jumpa di muka bumi ini dan aku sangat friendly. Tak caya? tegurlah aku!. Dahulu kala aku adalah orang yang sangat murah dengan senyuman,dimana mana aku pergi pasti aku lemparkan senyuman. Sehinggalah satu hari,peristiwa yang memang aku jangka akan berlaku,aku dicemuh,dihina dan diperlekehkan walaupun badan aku sasa seperti wolverine dalam cerita x-man hanya kerana SENYUMAN aku.

jangan pandang belakang jamban cangkung

mengikut kata tok kintol, aku adalah pewaris harta pusaka beliau yang terletak di belakang rumah. Dengan satu syarat!! aku tak boleh tengok atau lihat mahupun pandang belakang jamban yang terletak diluar rumah tok kintol. Mengapa tok kintol berhujah demikian? aku pun tidak pasti. Tok kintol bukan tak tahu aku ni jenis degil,makin dilarang makin tu aku nak buat,aku pun merangkak persis komando perancis ke jamban itu. perlahan lahan aku merangkak tanpa memperdulikan tahi ayam candu yang bertempiaran di atas tanah. "Baju ni aku baru beli di TOPMAN semalam."detik kalbu ku. semakin hampir semakin kencang jantungku seperti genderang mahu perang..tiba tiba...ARRRGGHHHHHH!!!!! apa yang berlaku aku terpaksa rahsiakan...demi menjaga maruah orang lain..dan yang pasti satu transformasi telah berlaku pada diriku disebabkan perkara itu...aku kini ialah
